The 2020 Parade of Homes at Briar Chapel is almost wrapped up, with just one more weekend to peruse our award-winning homes.
Each of our stellar builders are showcasing beautiful homes brimming with innovation, elegance and the ease of life at Briar Chapel. And we’re thrilled that the judges think so, too. Check out the trophies our builders brought home this year!

There’s Still Time!
The Triangle Parade of Homes is an annual, complimentary tour of new homes in the Triangle that is open to the public. The Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties partners with the Homes Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County to host the event.
Visit on our final weekend: October 9-11, Noon – 5 p.m.

The annual Triangle Parade of Homes is North Carolina’s largest open house event presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County and the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties. The tour is free and open to the public.
