The News & Observer covers future multi-family homes in Briar Chapel
The News & Observer featured Briar Chapel and Blue Heron Asset Management regarding our newest development news. Together we will be working on a high-end, 200 unit apartment complex, the first of its kind on the US 15-501 Corridor!
The Vice President of Operations stated: “Briar Chapel doesn’t have market-rate apartments. It’s a segment that’s missing and it hits multiple buyer categories...They’re for people who are just moving to the area, who are renting before they buy, or people who are renting by choice. But I also think it adds an additional segment that’s uniquely missing that might attract new folks, new buyers and shoppers.”
