This October, fill your weekend with fresh ideas and fine vistas of some of the newest homes in the Triangle! During the annual Triangle Parade of Homes, Briar Chapel will be brimming with gorgeous homes showcasing artful interiors, innovative floor plans and cutting-edge green building elements.

The annual Triangle Parade of Homes is North Carolina’s largest open house event presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County and the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties. The tour is free and open to the public.
