Unveiling Encore, Our 55+ Lifestyle Homes
Briar Chapel joined forces with David Weekley Homes to create Encore, an integrated new-home lifestyle offering for adults ages 55 years and older. On Saturday, February 25, 2017, friends, families and fans from around the state flocked to Encore’s grand opening to peruse the newly unveiled model homes, select future home sites and explore the amenities already in place.
Residents of Encore can enjoy access to low-maintenance homes that differ from traditional age-qualified housing in the market.
