For anyone dealing with a timeline for finding a new home, we just wanted to you know about these four ways we’ve responded to help make your home search as safe and productive as possible.
Model homes open by appointment. With residential construction listed as an essential business in Denton County, our model homes are still open by appointment. This appointment-only basis allows our builders to arrange private and unguided showings of model homes and inventory homes upon request. Most of our builders have posted that they are thoroughly cleaning models and inventory homes after each showing, and their team members are diligently practicing recommended hygiene. Virtual tours. While our model homes are still open by appointment, we also offer 3D virtual tours of 11 fully furnished model homes. Zillow reports a nearly 200% increase in the number of 3D tours on its site, and Redfin says its 3D tours are up 500%. Even before current stay-at-home orders, we loved the convenience of 3D tours, which we’ve added to our website soon after each of our model homes was completed. They offer a very realistic way to walk through a home at any hour of the day, whether you’re across town or across the country. Our website also offers virtual tours of some of our most popular amenities, including the Canyon Falls Club and the Pooch Park.
Chat with Community Representatives. Community Representatives are available for online chat 7 days a week. Chat hours are Monday through Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday hours are from 12 noon to 5 p.m. To start a chat, just click on the robot icon at the bottom right corner of any page on our website. The little bot is cute, but you can be assured that you’ll be chatting with one of our highly trained, knowledgeable Community Representatives – not an automated bot or third-party provider. Inventory updated daily. For home shoppers with a timeframe for finding a new home, our listings of quick move-in homes are updated on a daily basis. Our interactive Homefinder lets you filter your search by numerous criteria, including price range, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and garage size. Each search result includes the floor plan, a mortgage calculator, builder contact information and more.
